The plantation is open 7 days a week with the exception of major holidays from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Tours leave on the hour and every half hour with the first tour beginning at 9:30 am and the last tour beginning at 4:00 pm. If you booked your tour on line, your ticket is valid all day long for the date you booked it.
