Important Information for Vendors Regarding Our Annual Fall Festival

Dear Destrehan Plantation Fall Festival Vendors,

 

I hope all of you are well and staying safe during this difficult time. Thank you for your continued support and participation in our annual fall festival. You are the reason our festival has been so successful for the past 48 years. 

 

As of now, we are still planning to hold the annual fall festival on November 14th & 15th of 2020. 

 

If we cannot have the festival due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are planning a reschedule date of February 27 & 28, 2021. 

 

We will make a final decision around September 15, 2020, and will send you an email.

 

If we have to reschedule, and you have already paid your 2020 booth fee, we will apply the fee towards the rescheduled date in February 2021.

 

If you have already paid your booth fee, and cannot participate on the rescheduled dates of February 27th and 28th, 2021, we can apply your booth fee to the November 2021 festival, or we can refund the total fee.
