Louise Destrehan Harvey was a businesswoman in nineteenth-century New Orleans, Louisiana. She was intelligent, driven, and had to function in a man’s world. Her tenacity carried her to achieve many successes that are felt today. Louise Harvey is a direct descendant of Jean Noel Destrehan, an early decision-maker in Colonial Louisiana. The Indigo Cafe (on-site) will be open for lunch afterward.
